i felt like it was a miracle that i left work at 6:30pm (I work from 8am in the morning) considering i got off after 10pm last friday and thursday....
i went jogging when i got home.
i feel so intimidated by my weight gain.....
no matter what i eat, what i do(which has been 'nothing') i haven't gained much weight until now
and it's kicking in now...why.. Why WHY WHYYYYYYY
maybe its 'cause i am sitting for more than 12hrs everyday........which i haven't done before.
and my mom feeds me too well. she forces/gives me a glass of home made 100% pure ginseng drink every morning...... and some other chinese medicine stuff... :S
whatever the reason is
i am really intimidated............... shit gahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
