abalone [jun bok] congee [jook]



mom put some brocholli so it's greenish


my favourite congee by mom so much better than chinese ones from canada :P
she bought fresh abalones that still move when you touch them and made congee for me 'cause i can't chew yet.. :=(

i actually didn't know what [junbok] looks like before.. the structure is like that of a snail or turtle; it has a big shell and there's inside that you eat.. err but bottom part looks kind of like.. eh.....
