This is the first wall of the mosaic decorations in The Beethoven Frieze by Gustav Klimt. It was inspired by Beethoven's Concerto #9. It depicts man's(the knight) search of happiness. He is followed by the pain of weak human beings described as the knelt couple. The woman with a laurel crown symbolizes ambition for victory and the woman next her w/ her hands together implies empathy.
I read an article about this from here
There's apparently an exhibition on Klimt in Seoul. I wish I could go. Seriously, culture scene in Toronto/Canada is not that vibrant... :-(
